What information do I hold?
I collect the information you provide me via the contact form and newsletter subscription. Payments for services are collected through external platforms (PayPal).
Contact form: Your name, email address, and any email message you send me is stored on Hostinger and Gmail's email servers. Hostinger is a website hosting company operating in Europe. Hostinger states in their Privacy Policy (Accessed 02 Feb 2021) that the user (Explained in English) is solely responsible for their visitor's data and "shall be considered as the “data controllers” of such information." Please refer to Hostinger's Privacy Policy for more information. Gmail is a service offered by Google. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more information.
Newsletter subscription: When you enter your name and email to signup for my newsletter you will get a periodic email to inform you of podcast releases and other related news. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter. Your name and email address is stored on MailerLite's servers. MailerLite is an email marketing company operating in the European Union. Their Privacy Policy (Accessed 02 Feb 2021) states that they will "never share, sell or rent your customer data to anyone for any reason." Facebook Messenger Chat: I use the Facebook Messenger Chat to get feedback from listeners and to give them another way to contact me should any issue arise with purchases. Please refer to Facebook's Terms, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy for more information.
Payment of services via PayPal: Payment for digital products are collected via PayPal. PayPal Express Checkout collects and processess your payment information. Your purchasing data is stored on PayPal, a company which operates in the US. Please refer to PayPal's Privacy Policy for more information. After successful payment, they create a digital receipt for your purchase which is sent to both of our e-mail inboxes. This receipt contains the transaction ID and date, your name and email address, and a shipping address. PayPal unfortunately does not allow the option to disable the shipping data. I do not use or share your shipping address.
Cookies Policy
I use YouTube's embedded video player on my website so listeners can easily listen to and navigate the podcast episodes. YouTube videos require cookies and advertising trackers in order to be used. Facebook's Messenger Chat requires cookies in order to use their service. I sometimes use their embedded podcast player on my website so listeners can easily access podcast episodes. Please refer to Facebook's Terms, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy for more information.

I use the information collected to deliver information, products and services you request. I have utmost respect for your privacy and will never share your information unless required by law.

You may decline to share certain personal data with me. In that case, I might not be able to deliver my services.
How is your information stored and how long for?
I only retain the data collected from a user as long as needed to have correspondence, deliver my newsletter, or to give access to and keep records of digital downloads.

This includes, for example, firewalls, password protection, SSL, and other access and authentication controls.
